Forms Holders

FORM SF 700 , 701 AND SF 702 HOLDERS

The Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) issued an amendment on December 12, 1985 that provides for the use within the Executive Branch of the government the following standard forms that pertain to National Security Information. Security Container Information SF 700 Form and Security Container Check Sheet SF 702 were placed in use on September 30, 1986. 

FORM SF 701HOLDER 

FORM SF 700 HOLDER
Clear plastic holder, 4"h x 7½"w, which is designed to adhere to the inside wall of the control drawer by mag­netic strips with one end open to permit insertion and removal of the form. The holder, when installed, will permit the complete Standard Form SF 700, to be inserted between the holder and the controLdrawerinner wall. Use of the holder will eliminate the necessity to tape the form in the inside of the safe drawer and will permit the form to be immediately view when the sage drawer is opened. 

FORM SF 702 HOLDER
Clear plastic holder, l0½"h x 5½"w, which is designed to adhere to the exterior of the safe with magnetic strips with one end open to permit insertion and removal of the form. The holder, when installed, will permit the com­plete Standard Form SF 702, to be inserted between the holder and the container. Use of the 1­holder will eliminate the necessity to tape the form to the outside of the container. The holder, with it's red border, serves as a reminder to close and check the safe. The open and closing form can be clipped in and out of hte holder for easy posting.
